The customer journey through these is sequential but a big mistake we see our clients make before they come to us is they tackle these sequentially.
They spend months or years building an audience (Attracting) before trying to sell them something. Losing time and money.
Then when they finally start selling (Converting), they offer only low-ticket, no recurring products like an entry level online course. Still losing time and money.
Eventually they realize they need higher ticket and/or recurring revenue that accumulates to actually make a profit (Retention and Ascension)
That’s why it’s so important to have minimum viable products and systems for all three as soon as possible. Then improve them over time.
