Even if you are solo, you need to be able to define and manage projects like building a sales funnel or creating a long-form video.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your project management system should enable you to define and manage multiple projects at the same time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Process Management System<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Processes are recurring, ongoing tasks. Examples include content creation, publishing, repurposing, etc. Your business needs documented standard operating procedures (SOPs), for all your daily, weekly, and monthly tasks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your process management system should enable you to define, manage, and delegate all of your ongoing and recurring work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sales Funnel System<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Sales funnels are essential for online businesses. They are your revenue generating asset. Designing, building, testing, and improving them is what this system is all about.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your sales funnel system should enable you to create and manage funnels to attract your audience, convert them to customers, and ascend them to your highest level programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Product System<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your products are what your sales funnels are selling. Running paid ads to generate traffic amplifies your organic efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your traffic system should enable you to be visible across all major platforms so that you have diversification of your traffic and aren&#8217;t over-dependent on one social network or ad platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Marketing System<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your marketing systems is the beginning of transforming traffic into prospects and leads for your products and services. This includes content, social media, email marketing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your marketing system coordinates and leverages the assets built in the previous systems like your content, your products, and your social channels. Your marketing system should enable integrated campaigns across all channels and mediums.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Sales System<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Your sales system is where your sales funnels lead. Whether your sales mechanism is a webinar or a sales call, this is also a system that needs to be designed, built, tested, and improved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Developing a consistent sales system that generates revenue is one of the most difficult parts of building an expert business. The key is continuous testing and improvement until your key sales metrics (like cost per lead, cost per call, cost per client, etc.) all meet your benchmarks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Support System<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The final system is your customer support system. This is essential for long term growth as it helps you retain your customers and ascend them to your higher level products and services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Great customer experience and support is essential to retaining customers, gaining testimonials from them, and delivering the impact that helps them achieve there goals. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your customer support system should enable you to see where each of your customers are in your programs, any issues or challenges they are having, and their overall satisfaction.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Really? All of these are required?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes that sounds like a lot, especially if you\u2019re just starting your online business journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The key is thinking in terms of a minimum viable product (MVP) for each of them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Most people build 3 &#8211; 4 of them and spend all their effort their, not realizing their business has no chance of success without the others being in place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Implementing 9 systems to the minimum viable level is MUCH more effective than 3 great systems and missing the other 6.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Imagine great funnels, products, and support systems but no marketing or traffic&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">TAKE ACTION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol>\n<li>Assess your business and which of these systems you have and which are missing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>For the systems you have in place, rate them on a scale of 1 &#8211; 10.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Start implementing the systems you are missing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When all are
