Publishing content at scale (10+ posts per day!)

Last week, I made a decision that’s going to fundamentally change how I approach content marketing in 2026.

I’m throttling up my content engine from 1-2 posts per day to 10+ posts per day across all platforms.

But here’s the key difference: instead of just repurposing the same content everywhere, each post will be tailored specifically for the platform it’s going to.

Why the dramatic increase? Because the game has completely changed.

While people like Gary Vee and Alex Hormozi have been doing this for a while, there’s a change happening on all the social networks that is an opportunity right now.

People like Jonathan Mast, Austin Armstrong and others have blown up in the last two years using these same strategies.

The Attention Graph Revolution

Every major social platform has shifted from the social graph (showing content from people you follow) to the attention graph (showing content that keeps you engaged, regardless of who created it).

Instagram Reels, TikTok’s For You page, LinkedIn’s algorithm, YouTube Shorts, Twitter’s timeline – they’re all prioritizing engagement and interest over follower count.

This means a creator with 500 followers can get more reach than someone with 50,000 followers if their content is more engaging.

The implication? Volume and variety matter more than ever.

The more high-quality, platform-specific content you publish, the more opportunities you have to capture attention.

It’s not about gaming the algorithm – it’s about giving yourself more at-bats.

Content as a Growth System

Before I dive into the specifics of what I’m doing, let’s frame this correctly. Content isn’t just marketing – it’s a complete growth system.

Specifically, it’s an inbound marketing system. While cold email and cold outreach are outbound growth systems (you’re interrupting people), content marketing is inbound. You’re attracting people who are already interested in what you have to offer.

Over the next few newsletters, I’m going to break down the various growth systems I’m deploying in my business – both inbound and outbound. But today, we’re focusing on content as the primary inbound engine.

Here’s why content works so well as a growth system:

Scalability: Once you have the right systems in place, you can create exponentially more touchpoints without exponentially more time investment.

Compound Returns: Every piece of content you create becomes a permanent asset that can generate leads and sales for years.

Authority Building: Consistent, valuable content positions you as the expert in your space.

Cost Effectiveness: Compared to paid advertising, organic content has incredible ROI once you hit your stride.

Audience Ownership: Unlike paid traffic, your content builds an audience you own.

The key is treating it like a system, not a random collection of posts.

My New Content Engine Architecture

Here’s exactly how I’m structuring my throttled-up content engine:

Daily Content Pillars

Every single day, I’ll be publishing content around each pillar of my signature system:

Strategy: Posts about business strategy, positioning, market analysis, competitive advantages, business models, etc.

Systems: Content covering processes, workflows, automation, documentation, standard operating procedures, etc.

Tools: Reviews, comparisons, tutorials, and recommendations for software, platforms, and resources.

Team/AI: Everything about hiring, managing virtual teams, AI implementation, delegation, and scaling with people and technology.

This ensures I’m comprehensively covering everything my audience needs to know while staying true to my core methodology.

Content Type Rotation

Beyond the four pillars, I’ll be rotating through different content types to keep things fresh and engaging:

Lessons: Key insights from working with clients or running my own business Personal Stories: Behind-the-scenes content that humanizes my business Hot Takes: Contrarian viewpoints or industry commentary that sparks discussion Case Studies: Real results from clients or my own business Customer Questions: Answering actual questions from my audience Tips and Tactics: Actionable advice people can implement immediately

Format Diversification

Here’s where the platform-specific approach comes in. The same core message gets adapted for different formats:

Short Videos: 30-60 second videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts Carousel Posts: Multi-slide educational content for LinkedIn and Instagram Text Posts: Thought leadership content for LinkedIn and Twitter Stories: Behind-the-scenes content for Instagram and LinkedIn Long-form: In-depth analysis for YouTube videos and LinkedIn articles Threads: Multi-post/comment educational series for Facebook

Each format is optimized for its specific platform’s algorithm and user behavior.

The Promotion Layer

Every day, I’m also including one promotional post that mentions:

  • A lead magnet (like our Content Planner)
  • An affiliate product I genuinely recommend
  • One of my own products or services

This isn’t aggressive selling – it’s strategic awareness building. The key is making these promotional posts valuable in their own right.

Weekly and Monthly Rhythms

Weekly: All content funnels to my weekly webinar where I dive deeper into the topics I’ve been covering in my daily content.

Monthly: I host a comprehensive masterclass or live training that covers multiple pillars in depth.

This creates a natural ascension path from daily touchpoints to deeper engagement opportunities.

Why This Is Required In 2026

The attention graph shift means platforms are hungry for fresh, engaging content. They want to keep users on their platform as long as possible, so they’ll reward creators who consistently publish content that generates engagement.

But here’s the crucial part: it has to be good content, not AI-generated crap.

The algorithms are sophisticated enough to detect and suppress low-quality, generic content.

This is why I’m not using AI to generate my content – I’m using it to amplify my original ideas. Every post starts with my knowledge, experience, and perspective. AI helps me format it, optimize it, and scale it.

The Systems Behind the Scale

You might be wondering how I’m going to create 5-10 pieces of content per day without burning out. The answer is systems.

Content Planning: I batch plan content topics weeks in advance using our content planner system.

Recording: I record multiple short videos in single sessions, often pulling clips from my longer-form content. This week I batch recored 30 short-form videos and 4 long-form videos in about 2 hours.

Repurposing: My team takes my raw content and adapts it for different platforms and formats.

Scheduling: Everything gets loaded into our scheduling system in our ACCELERATE suite and published automatically.

Performance Tracking: We monitor what’s working and double down on high-performing content types.

The key is that I’m only creating the raw material. My team and AI tools handle the formatting, optimization, and distribution.

What This Means for You

If you’re a consultant, coach, or expert business owner, you need to start thinking about content as a growth system, not just marketing.

The creators and businesses that win in 2026 will be the ones who can consistently publish high-quality, platform-specific content at scale.

This doesn’t mean you need to post 10+ times per day like I’m planning to. But it does mean you need to move beyond random posting to a systematic approach.

Start with one platform. Get consistent. Then expand.

The attention graph rewards consistency and quality over follower count. That’s an opportunity for every expert business owner who’s willing to put in the work to build a real content engine.
