Building AI tools or solutions, even simple no-code tools or prompts, is an essential part of shifting to delivering your expertise as a service (EaaS).

In Issue #83 Shifting From Hours To Outcomes and in my free workshop (register here) I talk about:

  1. How to create your signature system for helping clients get an outcome they desire
  2. How to break it down into phases like Assess, Diagnose, Plan, etc.
  3. Then for each of those, how to figure out, write out, then automate or delegate out as much of the work as possible.

In this issue, let’s focus on the last one with some examples and tools to speed up the process.

Since your products and programs are likely different than mine, we’ll focus on capabilities you may need.

Smart Forms & CoPilots

You can’t delegate what you haven’t defined—and that starts with capturing the right inputs.

Smart forms are the backbone of any EaaS delivery system. They let you replicate the questions you’d normally ask on a discovery call or in your first working session.

But unlike a static form, these can use conditional logic, score responses, and even trigger the right automations or workflows based on the answers.

For example:

In my content engine program, clients complete a diagnostic that collects all the brand and business information, goals, and needs.

That instantly routes them to different onboarding paths and recommended actions.

Even more powerful: combine forms with AI copilots. A CoPilot can instantly summarize responses, suggest an action plan, or even generate first-draft content, plans, or roadmaps.

You go from “let me get back to you” to delivering value in minutes.

The key is designing these tools around your proprietary frameworks—so they’re not just automating data collection, they’re replicating your decision-making.

Content Workflows (That Help Clients Do the Work)

Your clients don’t need more content—they need help doing the work your program requires.

This is where AI helpers and guided prompts come in. Think of them as a coach or consultant built into the process.

Let’s say your program requires clients to:

  • Build a plan
  • Draft a vision or outcome
  • Write a paper or document
  • Map out a journey

Instead of making them do that from scratch (or waiting to get on a call with you), you give them access to a GPT or CoPilot trained on your voice, your templates, and your best examples.

It walks them through the thinking, asks the right questions, and outputs a rough draft or framework they can immediately use.

This creates leverage for you and a better experience for them.

It’s still your IP. Still your system.

But now it’s available on-demand, 24/7, inside a structured process—without adding hours to your calendar.

AI Agents & Knowledge Bases

Once your system is mapped, you can hand off specific roles to AI agents that run quietly in the background, augmenting your delivery without you being involved in every task.

Here are some examples:

Onboarding Agent

  • Welcomes new clients
  • Collects info
  • Answers FAQs
  • Directs them to the right starting point

Strategy Agent

  • Reviews survey or form inputs
  • Matches responses to the right playbook or next steps
  • Summarizes client status and flags edge cases

Support Agent

  • Connects to a custom knowledge base trained on your videos, articles, SOPs, and past content
  • Answers client questions instantly via chat or voice
  • Escalates to you or your team only when needed

Community Agent

  • Engages members with prompts, wins, and encouragement
  • Surfaces unanswered posts or disengaged clients
  • Can even do light moderation and resource tagging

And with voice AI, these agents can even work over the phone: answering questions, confirming bookings, or collecting feedback using natural conversation.

This isn’t just about saving time. It’s about turning your methodology into a scalable system that feels personalized, but doesn’t require your presence.

Take Action

The more clearly you define your method, the more of it you can deliver through automation and AI.

You’re still the expert.

You’re just no longer the bottleneck.

Let the systems handle the heavy lifting—so you can spend more time creating, thinking, and growing your business.

If you’re looking to build a system like this, our Accelerate Suite has all of these capabilities—and more—built right in. Smart forms, AI copilots, chatbots, client portals, automations, and the infrastructure to tie it all together.
