How To Start YOUR Content Engine

If you want to finally start publishing content that generates leads and sales for your business so you don’t have to spend a fortune on ads… This issue will show you how.

If you study and work with very successful creators and online entrepreneurs like I have, you start to see patterns.

The clearest pattern among those with successful online businesses is that they publish a LOT of content.

They understand that any given person or follower only sees 1% of what they publish, so they need to publish 100 times that to ensure that their content is seen!

They also understand that is impossible without the right strategy, systems, and tools to save time. Many also have a team to delegate to (though that isn’t required, as you’ll see).

I call that combination a Content Engine. Here’s what that looks like:

Strategy

Create one piece of high-value, long-form content (i.e., video) every week about your ideal customers’ questions, goals, and challenges.

The long-form content is for your YouTube channel, podcast, and blog, which builds up value and search traffic over time.

The long-form gets repurposed into dozens of short-form assets (reels, quotes, carousels, etc.) and posted across all social networks for traffic now.

The result is dozens or hundreds of posts published every week, allowing you to break through the noise and reach the audience you want to attract.

Systems

Executing the strategy as efficiently as possible requires the right systems: repeatable processes and procedures to make sure everything is done consistently and on time.

Whether you do everything yourself, leverage AI co-pilots, or establish a team, systemization is essential.

Tools

Using the right tools is also essential to executing the strategy quickly and efficiently.

As an example, trying to create dozens or hundreds of posts in each of the social platforms directly would be a non-starter. Instead, the right tools let you create once and publish everywhere.

The right editing tools can save an enormous amount of time.

Using the smallest set of integrated tools to get the job done is essential.

Team (or AI…)

Most of the people you see publishing at scale have a team behind them. That’s something my agency provides.

But it IS POSSIBLE for a solopreneur to establish a content engine even if doing all of the work themselves.
